1. Check the inside of the electrical cabinet, for example, check whether there are small animals and their feces, whether there are condensation or water marks. If the dust in the cabinet is large, please liquidate the external radiator of the inverter.
2. If the humidity is relatively large, there are condensation or water marks, please open the cabinet door first, ventilate and dehumidify, and use fans and other tools.
3. Start the electrical cabinet fan exhaust. If the electrical cabinet has air conditioning or heating installation, start dehumidification first.
4. Check the upstream and downstream equipment, including the inlet switch, contactor, outlet cable, phase-to-phase and phase-ground insulation of the motor, brake resistance and each DC terminal of the brake unit and the insulation between it and the ground. Make sure the power terminals are free of looseness and rust.
5. Check weak current lines, such as communication cables, I/O cables, etc., to ensure that they are firmly connected, without loosening and rust.
