1. Frequency converter is used in submersible electric pump load
Electric submersible pump production is a way of oil recovery in oil field. Submersible electric pump mostly works in oil Wells below 1800m, and most of them use power frequency full pressure starting and constant speed running, which has the following disadvantages:
☆ Too large starting current will damage the motor insulation
☆ Impact torque, damage machine pump structure;
☆ Pump suddenly produce greater suction, easy to inhale sand, resulting in pump card. In addition, there is no stable voltage system and the downhole fluid level fluctuates greatly, resulting in unstable voltage and current, which causes over-excitation and under-excitation of submersible motor and causes failure.
