Advantage

1. Speed regulation of ordinary motor:

By changing the input voltage and frequency of the three-phase induction motor, the speed can be controlled. When the general motor is at low speed, the temperature rise becomes larger because the cooling fan efficiency decreases. The load of the motor should be reduced according to the frequency.

2. Can be high-speed operation:

General power frequency power supply frequency is 50Hz, fixed. The output frequency of the inverter can reach up to 650Hz(EH600A series). The maximum output frequency of the EH600H series can reach 1500Hz.

The high speed of general motors cannot be realized only by increasing the frequency. The mechanical strength must also be considered. At high speed, the carrier frequency of frequency converter is high, so the frequency converter must be reduced.

3. Can soft start, soft stop:

The acceleration and deceleration time of frequency converter can be arbitrarily set between 0.1-6500.0 seconds. The frequency converter shall set appropriate acceleration and deceleration time during operation.

4. Quick and accurate start and stop:

Small starting current, small motor heating. The capacity determines the acceleration and deceleration time, so the capacity level of the motor and frequency converter should be improved, and the proportional relationship between the acceleration and deceleration time and the load should be adjusted.
