Application
(1) Adjustable torque limit.
By frequency control, the corresponding torque limit can be set to protect the machinery from damage, so as to ensure the continuity of the process and the reliability of the product. The current frequency conversion technology not only makes the torque limit adjustable, even the torque control accuracy can reach about 3% ~ 5%. In the power frequency state, the motor can only be controlled by detecting the current value or thermal protection, and cannot be operated by setting the precise torque value as in the frequency conversion control.
(2) Controlled stopping mode.
Like controllable acceleration, in frequency control, the stopping mode can be controlled, and there are different stopping modes can be selected (slow stop, free stop, slow stop + DC brake), it can also reduce the impact on the mechanical parts and motor, so that the whole system is more reliable, the life will increase accordingly.
(3) Energy saving
Centrifugal fan or water pump using frequency converter can greatly reduce energy consumption, which has been reflected in more than ten years of engineering experience. Because the final energy consumption is a square ratio with the speed of the motor, the return on investment is faster after the use of frequency conversion.
(4) Reversible operation control
In inverter control, no additional reversible control device is needed to realize reversible operation control. Only the phase sequence of output voltage needs to be changed, which can reduce maintenance cost and save installation space.
(5) Reduce mechanical transmission parts
At present, vector control frequency converter coupled with synchronous motor can realize efficient torque output, thus saving gear box and other mechanical transmission parts, and finally constitute the direct frequency conversion transmission system. This reduces cost and space and improves stability.
