1. Frequency conversion energy saving The energy saving of frequency converter is mainly manifested in the application of fans and pumps. When the motor cannot operate at full load, in addition to meeting the power drive requirements, the excess torque increases the consumption of active power, resulting in a waste of electric energy. The traditional speed regulation method of fans, pumps and other equipment is to adjust the air volume and water supply by adjusting the baffle and valve opening of the inlet or outlet, and its input power is large, and a large amount of energy consumption is consumed in the process of interception of the baffle and valve. When using variable frequency speed regulation, if the flow requirement is reduced, the speed of the pump or fan can be reduced. 2, power factor compensation energy saving reactive power not only increases line loss and equipment heating, but more importantly, the reduction of power factor leads to the reduction of the active power of the power grid, a large amount of reactive power consumption in the line, equipment use efficiency is low, waste is serious, after the use of frequency conversion speed control device, due to the role of the internal filter capacitor of the inverter, thereby reducing reactive power loss, increasing the active power of the power grid.

 

3. Soft start and energy saving The hard start of the motor will cause serious impact on the power grid, and the capacity requirements of the power grid will be too high, and the large current and vibration generated during the start will cause great damage to the baffle and valve, which is extremely unfavorable to the service life of equipment and pipelines. After using the frequency conversion energy-saving device, the soft start function of the frequency converter will make the starting current start from zero, and the maximum value will not exceed the rated current, which reduces the impact on the power grid and the requirements for power supply capacity, and prolongs the service life of equipment and valves. Save maintenance costs on equipment.

According to statistics, the total potential market space of China's inverters is about 120 billion ~ 180 billion yuan, of which atmospheric pressure inverters account for about 60% of the market share, and the demand for medium and high voltage inverters is relatively small, but due to the high power and high price of a single inverter, it also accounts for about 40% of the market. Domestic motors with variable loads and energy-saving potential are at least 180 million kilowatts, which provides a huge market for the application of inverters. According to the data, China's inverter market has maintained a growth rate of 12%~15%, and it is expected that at least in the next 5 years, the inverter market demand will maintain a growth rate of more than 10%. After 10 years, the inverter market can gradually be saturated. The energy-saving principle of the frequency converter is: the frequency converter makes the motor and its drag load adjust the speed output according to the requirements of the production process without any changes, reduces the motor power consumption, has great unique advantages in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction, and achieves the purpose of efficient operation of the system. On the whole, the competition in China's inverter industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Because the market is very attractive, not only the market has formed a certain scale, but also the potential capacity is also very considerable, constantly attracting new participants in the industry, the development of inverter technology, so that the inverter in the electric power, cement, elevator, mining, metallurgy, transportation and other modern fields to get unprecedented promotion and application, I believe that the application of inverter will be more and more extensive, the market prospect is promising.
