1. Air conditioning load class

Office buildings, shopping malls and some supermarkets and factories have central air conditioning, and during the peak electricity consumption in summer, the electricity consumption of air conditioning is very large. In hot weather, the electricity consumption of air conditioners in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen accounts for more than 40% of peak electricity. Therefore, using frequency conversion devices, dragging the refrigeration pump, cold water pump and fan of the air conditioning system is a very good power-saving technology. At present, there are many companies specializing in air conditioning and power saving in the country, the main technology of which is frequency conversion speed regulation and power saving.

 

2. Crusher load

Metallurgical mines and building materials use many crushers and ball mills, and the effect of this type of load is remarkable after frequency conversion.

 

3. Large kiln calcining furnace load

Most of the large industrial kilns (converters) such as metallurgy, building materials, and caustic soda used to use DC, commutator motors, slip motors, cascade speed regulation or intermediate frequency unit speed regulation. Due to these speed regulation methods or slip rings or low efficiency, in recent years, many units have adopted frequency conversion control, and the effect is excellent.

 

4. Compressor load

Compressors are also a widely used class of loads. Low-pressure compressors are widely used in various industrial sectors, and high-pressure large-capacity compressors are widely used in steel (such as oxygen generators), mining, fertilizer, and ethylene. The use of frequency conversion speed regulation brings the advantages of small starting current, power saving, and optimized equipment service life.

 

5. Rolling mill load

In the metallurgical industry, in the past, large-scale rolling mills multi-use alternating-alternating frequency converters, in recent years using alternating-direct-alternating frequency converters, rolling mill AC has become a trend, especially in light load rolling mills, such as Ningxia National Aluminum Products Factory multi-rack aluminum rolling mill using general frequency converters, to meet the low-frequency load start, synchronous operation between frames, constant tension control, simple and reliable operation.

 

6. Winch-type load

The load of the hoist adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which is stable and reliable. The blast furnace winch equipment of the iron plant is the main equipment for conveying raw materials for ironmaking. It requires smooth starting, braking, uniform acceleration and deceleration, and high reliability. Originally, the speed regulation method of cascade, DC or rotor string resistance was mostly adopted, which had low efficiency and poor reliability. Replacing the above speed regulation method with an AC frequency converter can achieve ideal results.

 

7. Converter load

Converter load, replacing DC units with AC frequency conversion is simple and reliable, and the operation is stable.

 

8. Roller table load

Roller table loads, mostly in the iron and steel metallurgy industry, adopt AC motor frequency conversion control, which can improve equipment reliability and stability.

 

9. Pump load

Pump load, large and wide-ranging, including water pumps, oil pumps, chemical pumps, slurry pumps, sand pumps, etc., there are low-pressure small and medium-capacity pumps, and there are also high-pressure large-capacity pumps.

The water pumps of many water supply companies, chemical pumps, reciprocating pumps, non-ferrous metals and other industries in the chemical and fertilizer industries, etc. adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, all of which produce very good results.

 

10. Crane and dumper loads

Cranes, dumpers, etc. have large load torque and require stability, frequent forward and negative and reliable. The frequency conversion device controls the crane and tipping bucket
